Every profiled jurisdiction gets a Coverage Quality grade, A to F: A/B mean a live record- or application-level feed is confirmed; C/D mean only selected notices or aggregate stats are available; E/F mean the issuing authority is mapped but no public feed has been confirmed, or source research hasn't started. We never present aggregate reports as individual permits, and we never claim live coverage before a source is validated.
